Very helpful seller Fenetic Wellbeing Delivery well on time, prompt, helpful service. I misunderstood the item description, thinking flip up armrests meant chair suitable for sideways transfer, but not. Arm & leg rests are fixed for strength when chair occupied, they only fold for packing. Fenetic made a kind careful recommendation for a very satisfactory alternative and as the Travelite was still in its packaging exchanged it for the “Enigma” wheelchair. We are Grateful!
Good Value Product Very impressed with order processing, dispatched same day and delivered the next. Chair seems well made and is certainly very lightweight. Bought for trip abroad to help with airport not yet used for that purpose.I did find it difficult to open up and close and fit back into bag at first. Took a bit of practice but seem to have got the hang of it.When opening need to ensure the footrests, push handles & arm rests are pulled away slightly or they can catch on the seat stopping it opening.When closing need to make sure the arm rests are pushed behind the brake mechanism and the front wheels are folded in and lie flat. If you don’t do this the chair will not fit into the bag. None of this info is in the instructions.To put the folded chair in the bag ensure front wheels are underneath and place in end of bag with wheels on it. Perfect The wheelchair was perfect, exactly how described in everyway.Only having a small car it fitted in lovely, was easily put upwhen reaching desitination. The only thing we found was for theperson sat in the chair not to lean to far forward as would tip.Ensuring a proper wheelchair cushion was in use Dad found it tobe comfortable and at 93 he enjoys his trips out now.
