Very impressed I have just bought a Foldawheel electric wheelchair for my husband to use. It was an optimistic purchase, he will not use a conventional wheelchair feeling he would look foolish, and because they can be clumsy. He didn’t lose the use of his legs, but walking has become difficult and painful since a quadruple heart bypass and partial lung failure took their toll on his health.Easily assembled, smart looking, this chair will be a real asset in getting him moving around once more. It collapses easily to put in a car, although it is quite heavy it is not unmanageable. It copes well with quite steep inclines, cobbles and driveway pebbles. So far so good. I am impressed and pleased with this item.

      Hi Sim

The wheelchairs are very simple to maintain and service. Any repair centre which deals with mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs should be able to help you.

Hallo! I would like to ask about the overall length and the width of the foldaweheel pw- 999ul. I would also like to ask if the joystick is movable back and forth on the arm of the wheelchair in case I cannot open my arm properly to reach it. In addition, I would like to ask how the wheelchair works on wet road, while it’s raining or after the rain. Can I use it in such circumstances?
    Thank you! !!

      Hi Maria
The dimensions of the chair are:
      Folded Size L X H X W 30cm x 71cm x 60cm (11.8” X 28” X 23.6”)
      Opened Size L X H X W 91cm x 88.5cm x 59cm (35.8” X 34.8” X 23.3”)
The controller is in a fixed position but can be changed to right or left hand use.
It is not recommended to use the chair when it is raining, but it handles wet ground well. I have had a report that it does not like wet cobblestones though.
      Thanks
      Aaron

Is there anyway you have the Electric wheel PW-999UL the 2017 version, not the new one. The 2018 model is extremely painful for me to sit in. Is there anyway you know that I can get the older version because the one I have is breaking and like I said the new newer model does not fit my body.
