This original battery for the PW-1000XL Foldawheel-XL is made of Soft Pack Polymer Li-ion cells, which is safer than the normal cylinder Li-ion battery cells.
It is also much lighter and more efficient than traditional Lead-Acid batteries.
Not only is it durable and a high capacity for such a small size, it is also very lightweight at 1.3 kg (2.8 lbs).
One battery allows the user to travel up to 10 km (6.2 miles). The PW-1000XL Foldawheel-XL can take up to two extra batteries which increases the range of the wheelchair up to 30 km (18.6 miles).
