    It broke after using it only twice. I found it to be very flimsy and it would swerve off to one side. totally unsuitable

    I ordered the chair for my disabled wife on the 8th July. It arrived on the 11th July.We have just noticed yesterday that the back rest material is ripped. So phoned UK Mobility today 16th Sept to let them know. I was told it sounds like normal wear. I would have see nte the point if the chair was a couple of years old. Not just a few months old.The chair has not been used much as my wife only needs it if we are going to be doing a long walk.When I pointed this out the chap I spoke to asked me to send photos of the damaged area. Which I did. Then phoned them back a few hours later to find out if they had received the email I sent.I was then told the photos had been forwarded to the manufacturer. And they hoped the manufacturer would get back by the end of the day.From the above I think people shall agree that this type of after sale service is well below standard.Having worked in the spare parts trade of the motor trade I would never have been…
